Maddox turned up in a gold hat and fashionable scarf before the world's media at the Beverly Hills premiere of Invictus. His parent's friends Matt Damon and Morgan Freeman have lead roles in the film but the storyline is probably a little too political for your average eight year old.
Invictus tells the true story of the former South African president's life during the 1995 rugby World Cup and how he used the sport to bring people together after apartheid. Freeman, 72, plays the great Mandela, while Damon, 39, is rugby team captain Francois Pienaar.
Brangelina seemingly decided their son was old enough for the PG-13 rated film, we wonder what Maddox thought of it though.
